Terms of Service

Draft prepared for review. This is not legal advice — have a qualified lawyer check it before you publish it.

By installing or playing Callbreak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play, and uninstall the game.

1. What this game is

Callbreak is a digital version of the trick-taking card game played across Nepal, India and Bangladesh, for entertainment only. Four players are dealt thirteen cards each from a standard deck, everyone calls how many tricks they expect to win, spades are always trump, and you score by making your call. It can be played alone against the computer, or online against other people.

We license it to you: you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You do not own the game, and no rights are granted beyond playing it.

2. Virtual coins and diamonds have no cash value

This is the most important clause in this document. Please read it.

At the time of this draft the game takes no real money. Coins and diamonds are awarded inside the game — a welcome gift, daily gifts, winnings, invites — and diamonds can be traded for coins in the shop. The shop shows priced packs, but tapping a card-paid one tells you plainly that payments are not open yet; nothing charges you, and no payment details are asked for. If we ever do add purchases, they will run through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores' refund policies will apply, and this document and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.

3. No real-money gambling

Callbreak in this app is not gambling. You cannot bet real money, you cannot win real money, and you cannot withdraw anything of value.

Table "stakes" are expressed in virtual coins, which are given to you free by the game and can never be converted into money. Nothing in this game is a wager, and no prize of value is offered. The game is not a gambling service, a betting service, or a game of chance played for money, and it must not be used as one.

You must not use the game, its tables, its invite codes or its virtual items to run or facilitate any real-money betting, wagering, staking, lottery, or gambling arrangement — including a private side-bet settled outside the app. Doing so breaks these terms and, quite possibly, the law where you live. You alone are responsible for that.

Some places restrict card games regardless of stake. You are responsible for whether it is lawful for you to play where you are.

4. Fair play, and what counts as cheating

The game is meant to be played honestly, by people, one player per seat. You must not:

We may correct balances, reverse rewards, reset statistics, block matchmaking, or remove any account that breaks these rules.

The server is the authority on what happened in an online game. Where the server's record and your device disagree, the server's record stands.

5. Your account

You do not need an account to play. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping that account secure, and you confirm you are entitled to use it.

You can delete everything at any time: Profile → Account → DELETE MY ACCOUNT. This erases your data on our server and on your device, and it cannot be undone — your coins, diamonds, statistics and history are gone.

6. Termination

You may stop playing at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the game.

We may suspend or terminate your access, delete your account, and remove your virtual items, without notice and without refund, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms — in particular section 3 or section 4 — or where we must do so by law. Where it is practical and appropriate, we will tell you why, and you can reply to contact@sanavetech.com if you think we got it wrong.

We may also discontinue the game, or any part of it, at any time.

7. Age

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13 in any case. If you are a minor, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission. This game is not intended for children under 13.

8. Other people, and what they see

In online play, other players at your table see your display name. Choose accordingly. We are not responsible for what other players do or say. Please report problems through the in-app "Report a Problem" button.

9. Provided as-is

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, available at any particular time, free of bugs, free of cheats, or that any defect will be fixed. It runs on a single small server; it can and will go down. Matches may be interrupted, games may be lost, and progress may occasionally be lost with them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost coins or diamonds, or lost progress, arising out of your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, while the game is free, is zero.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Our rights in the game

The game, its code, its artwork, its sounds, its rules text and the SANAVE GAMES name are ours or licensed to us. The traditional game of Callbreak itself belongs to the culture that plays it; our implementation of it does not. You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or make derivative works of the app.

If you send us feedback, ideas or a bug report, we may use it to improve the game without owing you anything for it.

11. Store terms also apply

You obtained this app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Their terms apply to you as well, and those stores are not parties to this agreement, have no obligation to support the game, and are not responsible for it. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement to the extent their own rules require.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at https://callbreak.play.sanavetech.com/terms, with the draft or revision date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which we do not take away.

If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
